• Prime Russell Westbrook is wildly overrated. In his '17 MVP season, he averaged 31.6 PPG, 10.7 RPG, and 10.4 APG. Impressive stats, yes. But look a little deeper. Those 31.6 PPG were on 42.5/34.3/84.5 splits. Not amazing. Those 10.7 RPG, while impressive, were simply a result of effort and stat padding, let's not deny it. And the 10.4 APG came with 5.4 TO's per game! Plus no playoff success to show for it. Yes, his team wasn't great. But he tried to do it all himself. He was good, but not great. — @thewetzzone
